An Announcement!

Hi!

So, as I’m sure you’ve noticed, this isn’t a review.

Well, you’d be correct, and also very observant.

If you were really observant, you may have noticed the additional tab up above next to the link to my Twitter account:

But just in case you haven’t seen it yet, this post is to announce that I started a Patreon!

(*Boo!* *Hiss!*)

I know, I know.

“Sellout,” you cry. “I liked this blog when it was free!” you exclaim.

Well, the good news is that it’s still going to be free. My Patreon is really just for those people who may want a little extra content each month.

I know that’s not everyone (as the title of my blog is literally “Honest Reviews that Nobody Asked For”) but just in case you were asking for more content each month, there will be some additional blog posts featured there that will be exclusive to Patreon supporters, along with some other surprises that you may gain access to only on that website.

For full transparency, I have arranged three tiers for those who would like to support me there. The first tier is a general show of faith support, and I made sure to price it as low as possible at $1. The other two tiers will give you access to an exclusive Patreon review post that I will try to post once a month. The highest tier is priced at $5 a month, and that tier is really only for those who truly want to support me more personally. This tier provides you with access to not only an additional review each month, but this tier allows you to access some of my creative writing, such as unreleased novel chapters and short stories that are unrelated to my media criticisms.

Once again, my Patreon is completely optional, and this blog will still be available for free whenever you would like to come back to it. For now, I will let you decide if this is something you would be interested in. If you do choose to support me there, there are already a couple of perks listed on my profile, including an exclusive science fiction short story (that may or may not feature clones??), and a brand-new Netflix movie review post that dives into one of the worst movies I've ever reviewed. Oh- and Tall Girl 2.

Subscribe to my Patreon if you would like to check that out. Or, if Patreon feels like too much of a commitment every month, I have also set up a Ko-fi page for low pressure contributions.

In all seriousness, any amount of support is appreciated, even if it’s just reading the blog for free and recommending it to your friends.

For those who are not interested in Patreon, don’t fret. There will still be a normal blog post later this month right here on this site.

Stay tuned!

Thanks for reading everyone! I really appreciate all of you!
